The America Nepal Press Club (ANPC) was founded to create a dynamic platform for media professionals from the United States and Nepal with a global approach. Our goal is to provide an avenue for collaboration, networking, and shared learning that enhances the quality of journalism and strengthens bilateral ties between our two countries and Nepali language and Nepalese journalists globally. It aims to be a leading organization promoting the exchange of media practices while advocating for press freedom and ethical journalism.

Objectives

Support professional development and training for Nepali language journalists, Nepalese journalists and journalists of Nepali origin globally.

Encourage dialogue between media professionals globally amongst the Nepali language journalists, Nepalese journalists and journalists of Nepali origin specially focussed on the US and Nepal.

Organize Media Familiarization Tour with journalists and community leaders, policy makers to Nepal and the US and also to the nations of mutual interest.

Beside media collaborations and study tour, organize interaction session with prominent personalities, symposiums to promote trade, tourism and transformational ideas

Advocate for press freedom and ethical standards in journalism.

Promote cross-cultural understanding through storytelling and media collaborations.
